Business around the world is now focused on the recovery and reopening of the economies affected by the pandemic. In the face of the new normal, companies are changing the formats of their relationship with customers. The exhibition industry is also adjusting to the new environment. The MTG SA Gdańsk International Fair Co., the organiser of the world’s largest exhibition event dedicated to amber, invites you to the first edition of the AMBERIF VIRTUAL SHOWROOM. Forty-four exhibitors and close to 400 buyers from 46 countries have announced their participation in the event.

AMBERIF VIRTUAL SHOWROOM is an innovative online exhibition project and at the same time a multifunctional digital platform that allows you to keep your business up and running on the Internet: establish new business contacts, present new collections, run auctions, receive orders, have matchmaking meetings, sell products and services. Next to solutions for trade and transactions, combined into a comprehensive e-commerce module, the AMBERIF VIRTUAL SHOWROOM will also feature a portal to inform you about design, marketing trends, artistic and scientific events related to amber and jewellery, presentations of artist profiles and their achievements, results of design competitions, exhibitions and fashion shows. It will also make it possible to hold professional conferences, symposia, courses, training sessions, lectures and presentations at the highest audiovisual standard.

The AMBERIF VIRTUAL SHOWROOM will be accompanied by the AMBER EVENING. During the event, the Mayor of Gdańsk Prize in the AMBERIF DESIGN AWARD 2021 international design competition will be presented, won this year by the Italian artist Ninfa Salerno, along with the Silver Prize sponsored by the MTG SA Gdańsk International Fair Co., going to Mylene Auquiere of Belgium, and the Amber Prize for Sława Tchórzewska of Poland, sponsored by the International Amber Association. The announcement of the results in AMBERIF SELECTION 2021, the Best Product Competition for Exhibitors, will be another anticipated event. Next to the Award from Poland’s Minister of Economic Development, Labour and Technology and the MTG SA Gdańsk International Fair Co., the competition’s important distinguishing factor is that the winning design will be featured in the global advertising campaign for the next Amberif.
As a special attraction, the AMBER EVENING will feature unique fashion and jewellery shows in the GDAŃSK AMBER LOOK ONLINE spectacular produced by Mystyle Events. The marriage of fashion and amber jewellery will be showcased in the following collections: TREND BOOK, with jewellery by invited designers and the students of the Gdańsk Academy of Fine Arts and with Rockmädchen original fashion, Chilli Ireneusz Glaza’s jewellery and fashion by KOVALOVE, and unique amber jewellery from AG Aleksander Gliwiński coupled with Magdalena Arłukiewicz’s outfits.
A live-cooking show by Master Chef Bogdan Gałązka with Gdańsk and amber culinary touches will be another highlight of the evening.

AMBERIF VIRTUAL SHOWROOM – a digital trade fair which has an opportunity to become an important tool to support face-to-face business contacts, not only in the pandemic year 2021 but also as a hybrid supplement to traditional trade fairs in the near future, and an interactive directory of exhibitors that allows you to find business partners throughout the year.

In the last week of June, let us all meet ONLINE. We believe that the autumn edition of AMBERIF will take place in the traditional format in Gdańsk, a place where the extraordinary energy of the sun stone will bring your optimism right back.
