ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION

THE AMBERIF SPRING 2023 fair will be held on 22-25.03.2023 at AMBEREXPO in Gdańsk – halls A, B, C.

Conditions for entering the Fair:

  • entry pass printed and verified by staff
  • receiving a hologram.

We remind you that the exhibitor’s entry passes are available on your account in the Exhibitor’s Electronic System. The printing will be possible after paying the entire amount of the ordered space and services.

RECEPTION AND SERVICE FOR EXHIBITORS
Exhibitors receive holograms for printed passes and parking cards at Reception A and C – hall A and C,

Receptions:

HALL A – stands from hall A

HALL C – stands from hall B and C.

  • Issues related to stand construction / equipment shall be reported by Exhibitors only at the TECHNICAL OFFICE, which is located in HALL B (next to the elevator).

 

EXHIBITOR’S PASSES:

Exhibitors entry passes must be printed from the system, before arriving at the Fair.

The Fair Reception does not issue any passes or any other documents for the exhibitor.

 

PARKING CARDS:
Parking cards must be printed from the system as well, before arriving at the Fair – in the quantity ordered in the Application.
Parking cards must have a hologram at Reception A i C.

HOLOGRAMS ARE VALID FOR THE FAIR DAYS (22-25.03.2023)

Fair days:
22.03.2023  from 08:00 –  18:00
23.03.2023  from 09:00-  18:00
24.03.2023  from 09:00 –  18:00
25.03.2023 from 09:00 – 16:00

ATTENTION!
For any orders during the Fair, payment can be made only by CARD!

 

TRAFFIC ORGANISATION

21.03.2023 (assembly day)

  • entry through the gate B6 – with printed entry passes
  • unload the exhibits behind the halls (max. Unloading time: 1.5h)

hall A, B – gatesT8 and T7

hall C – gate T2

  • after the unloading is completed, further free parking at the P4 Parking (Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk) based on a printed parking card – holograms are not required on this day. The parking card must be displayed in a visible place, behind the windshield).

 

22-25.2023 (fair days)
Exhibitors with purchased parking cards, can use the P4 Parking (Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk) – on these days, a hologram are obligatory.  Parking cards without a hologram are invalid!

Visitors can use the  Parking P4  (Parking Polsat Arena Gdańsk) charged in parking meters according to the operator’s rate.

CLOAKROOM – located in hall B.

ATM – is located in front of the entrance to the Amberexpo, next to B1.

STAND CONSTRUCTION BY EXTERNAL COMPANIES
(applies only to ordered undeveloped space)

Assembly of stands:
17-20.03.2023 from 08:00 – 20:00

The set-up day:
21.03.2023 from 08:00 – 21:00

Attention!

On 21.03.2023, only the installation of stand furnishings shall be allowed; no dust-generating work shall be allowed in the halls.

External companies constructing stands must have INSTALATION SERVICE entry asses printed before the arrival.

The printed Entry Pass should be presented at the entrance gate and reported to the hall manager.

Attention!
The setup work can start after paying a 500.00 PLN deposit (see section 4.3 of the Terms and Conditions for Providing Exhibition Space). A direct link to the payment will be sent to you by e-mail.

External companies or Exhibitors who build stands on their own may use the P6 Parking (AMBEREXPO), after paying the appropriate fee at the parking meter.

We would like to remind you that the back walls of the stand – over 2.5 m, which are visible from the side of neighboring companies, must have an aesthetic finish – preferably in white, without visible cables, wires, advertisements, etc.

 

Dismantling of stands:
25.03.2023 from 16:00 – 22:00
26.03.2023 from 08:00 – 16:00

Attention! For security reasons, the delivery gates will be opened on 25.03.2023 at 16:30, after the exhibition has been left by all Visitors (persons who are not authorized to be in the area after 16:00)

GARBAGE
According to the Regulations for the Participants of Fairs organized by MTG SA, the Participant or the building contractor is obliged to remove rubbish and empty packaging left over from assembly and disassembly. Waste and rubbish should be thrown into the containers located behind the exhibition halls, and not left on the communication routes.

Built-in stands will be cleaned daily in the area of ​​the generally accessible exhibition space and open parts of the stands / stands from the Fair buildings / – floor covering and disposal of rubbish, displayed in front of the stand. Closed facilities are cleaned only on request and in the presence of the Exhibitor.

The stands  with it’s own booth will be cleaned only at the exhibitor’s request and in his presence in the field of vacuuming the floor covering.

Attention!
Garbage bags must be exposed to the aisle. The cleaning service does not enter to the Exhibitor’s stand.

 

BUYERS AND TRADE VISITORS REGISTRATION

Entry to AMBERIF SPRING 2023 is paid for all guests.

Participants must register and purchase a ticket in the on-line system. After paying, they should print the entry passes before arriving at the Fair.

Conditions for entering the Fair:

  • entry passes printed and verified by staff
  • proof of industry identity and or affiliation
  • receiving a hologram

Each exhibitor has got on their account in the Exhibitor’s System codes for visitors and buyers by e-mail, which you can pass on to your customers.

25.03.2023 from  10:00 – 16:00
