AMBERIF SPRING 2025 will take place on March 12-14, 2025 at the
AMBEREXPO Exhibition and Congress Center in Gdańsk (Poland).

Day 1: March 12 (Wednesday) – 10:00 – 18:00
Day 2: March 13 (Thursday) – 10:00 – 18:00
Day 3: March 14 (Friday) – 10:00 – 18:00

To become an exhibitor, you must first register in the Electronic Exhibitor System ( link ).

After creating an account, you can place an order for a stand yourself via the system.

If you have any questions or doubts, please contact the Exhibitor's representative directly at amberif@amberexpo.pl. We provide assistance in Polish and English from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (CET).

There are two options for purchasing a ticket to the AMBERIF Fair:

1. Purchase a ticket online (after prior registration) before the start of the Fair.
   By using this form, you save time (no queues) and money (cheaper than on-site).
   
   After purchasing and paying for the ticket, you will receive an ID at
   the e-mail address provided during registration. With the printed ID, please go to the Fair reception to
   obtain a hologram (together with your ID card/passport and proof of affiliation
   to the industry).
   
   
2. Purchase your ticket on site at the box office/reception.
   
   During the Fair, you can buy a ticket at the ticket office or make your own purchase online.
   We would like to remind you that prices are higher during the Fair.

AMBERIF Spring is a B2B event. We invite the audience not related to the jewelry industry to the autumn edition - AMBERIF Autumn.

No, the Fair does not insure exhibitor's property at the stand.

Fair participants should take out their own liability insurance and insure their property located on the fair grounds (exhibits, equipment and devices at the stand, stand construction and furnishing elements, private property, company vehicles, etc.), both for the duration of the fair and as well as for the period of stand assembly and disassembly.

The fair offers a wide range of security measures, including:

• 24/7 security of the fairgrounds
• patrols with weapons
• closed showcases,
• closed back rooms,
• possibility of renting a safe (for the exhibitor's stand),
• possibility of using the deposit,
• possibility of purchasing individual stand monitoring,
• possibility of taking advantage of an individual protection offer.

Yes, there is a restaurant and catering outlets at the Fair.

Yes. The facility is fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
