Amber is the hallmark of many countries on the Baltic Sea, but Gdańsk is considered its world capital. The history of the city and amber dates back to prehistoric times, when the raw material was collected by local communities and, through exchange, found its way to the countries of the Mediterranean Sea.

Contemporary Gdańsk is a place where many jewelry companies and designers operate. Poland ranks third in Europe in the production of silver jewelry, with an emphasis on products decorated with amber.

The Amber Experience project shows the capital of amber in the aspects of fishing, polishing and jewelry production, research, collecting collections and relaxation in the spa. The result is an expansion of knowledge and marketing opportunities related to Gdańsk jewelry by professionals, as well as great fun and discovery of the Golden of the North by amateurs.
