Part 1 – A few words about amber and its nature on slides and in a few sentences the variety of amber lumps will be shown
Part 2 - Amber as a material for artistic activities, on the example of several selected amber artists, various original ways of using amber in works of art and jewelry will be presented.
Part 3 - Places in Pomerania promoting amber on a global scale
The last part will be devoted to selected places of special activities in Pomerania promoting amber on a global scale, including: AMBERIF Fair as a culture-forming phenomenon, the amber altar in the Basilica of St. Bridget in Gdańsk, as well as cultural institutions: the Amber Museum in Gdańsk and the Castle Museum in Malbork.

Lech J. Zdrojewski
Born in Sopot (1954), living in Kociewie since 1960, graduate of the University of Gdańsk and the State Higher School of Fine Arts (ASP) in Gdańsk, research work - doctoral studies in psychology - communication of information. Artist, photographer, cultural anthropologist, regionalist, educator, teacher, lecturer, didactician, author of many smaller and larger advertising campaigns, designer and author of interior arrangements and exhibitions for companies, designer and author of exhibitions in museums and galleries, author of catalogs and albums presenting his achievements artistic, creator of a large number of graphic signs and images for companies, many posters - largely based on his own photography, author of portfolios, creator of models and photo models, publisher of catalogs and albums, lover of NATURE, FORM and LIGHT... President of the OKO-LICE Foundation KULTURY, Leader of the 6th Kociewski Congress. This is his fifth term as a member of the governing body of the International Amber Association.
