PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION:
Presentation of the professional skills of goldsmiths and young goldsmith apprentices specializing in traditional and modern goldsmithing techniques, support for vocational education in goldsmithing and encouragement of professional development, creation of original designs created in accordance with individual needs, promotion of jewelry and goldsmith products made using "Baltic Gold" – amber.
The COMPETITION was conducted in two age categories:
1. Juniors – young goldsmiths up to 22 years of age – studying or starting work as goldsmiths.
COMPETITION TOPIC: "The charms and energy of amber in jewelry"
2. Seniors – persons practicing the profession of goldsmith or amber jeweler, with confirmed professional qualifications (journeyman certificate or master's diploma).
