Hall C, Art Zone
Sleep contexts - an exhibition of paintings by Michał Ostrogórski, a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk in the field of painting and graphics (diploma in the graphics studio of Prof. Janusz Górski, annex from painting at Prof. Mieta Olszewski).
The artist draws inspiration for his paintings from life and the surrounding world. He is not looking for important social or political topics. He likes simplicity. Graphic design is influenced by his painting, which he deals with every day. He tries to make the project simple and uncomplicated. During painting, he allows himself to be freedom, he does not stick to the original sketch.
Through his works, he encourages viewers to go on a journey full of introspection and contemplation. This time they will move a variety of sleep contexts.
