The fair is not only a place of business meetings of the industry, but also an educational and inspirational space for young artists and future professionals.
As part of the Education and Career Day, exhibitors can present their companies, job offers, internships as well as courses and training offers. They can also accept young Deik participants at their stand and bring them closer to the specifics of work in the industry. Such visits at the stands will be an opportunity to directly exchange information and mutual expectations of potential employers and employees, also in the perspective of choosing a field of study, their specialization or doctoral studies.
Deik participants will have the opportunity to learn wide professional perspectives in the jewelry industry, educational proposals (practices, training) and university educational offers. During networking meetings with experts, they will talk to designers and jewelry producers, make industry contacts.
They will also be able to take part in the presentations specially prepared for Deik:
In addition, they will be able to take part in the amber grinding workshops and curatorial tour around the art zone. The publication zone will also be at their disposal.
