The autumn edition of AMBERIF is not only a celebration of jewelry, but also a space for a variety of artistic and craft products. In addition to artistic and everyday jewelry, visitors will be able to discover designer fashion, unique designs, as well as art, painting, and decoration. The offer also includes stainless steel jewelry, vintage jewelry, men's jewelry, stones and minerals, as well as ceramics and porcelain.
All of these exceptional products will be showcased in the Craft Zone, a trade fair space dedicated to individual creators and designers who create on a smaller scale. This zone offers preferential exhibition conditions in the form of four-meter open stands that can be creatively arranged, fostering unique presentations and interaction with visitors.

Organizational information for exhibitors - AMBERIF Autumn 2025
The AMBERIF AUTUMN 2025 trade fair will take place from 4th to 6th September 2025 at the AMBEREXPO Exhibition and Congress Centre in Gdańsk at 11 Żaglowa Street.

We would like to remind you that, in accordance with the regulations [paragraph 2.1. of the Conditions for Providing Exhibition Space], the condition for making the space available to exhibitors is payment of 100% of the fee resulting from the Exhibitor Application submitted and confirmed by MTG.
Exhibitors must print their own ID badges from the system before arriving at the Fair [ID badges are available for printing after payment has been made in full].
The Fair Reception Desk does not issue ID badges to exhibitors. All ID badges must be verified and have a hologram attached – the hologram is available for collection at the Fair Reception Desk on the set-up day [September 3, 2025].
All exhibitors are served at the Fair Reception Desk.
Parking - Exhibitors must print their own parking passes from the system, in the number indicated in their order, before arriving at the Fair. Parking passes are not issued by the reception desk. Parking passes must be verified and have a hologram attached – the hologram can be collected from the Fair Reception Desk on the setup day [September 3, 2025].
During the Fair days, from September 4-6, 2025, parking will only be possible with parking passes with a hologram!
In accordance with the Space Provision Terms and Conditions [paragraph 3.5], any changes to the stand structure made on the assembly day will incur an additional fee.
Exhibitors must pay for any additional orders by CARD ONLY!

External companies building stands must have independently printed, personalized INSTALATION SERVICE IDs for each employee staying in the halls.
External companies building stands between 01-03/09/2025, after unloading [max. unloading time behind the exhibition halls is 1 hour] may use the paid parking lot, after paying the appropriate fee in the parking meter - vehicles may park according to general principles according to the parking operator's rates.
