  • Deadline for accepting applications for participation in the Amberif Spring 2025 fair at the
    standard price for the exhibition space

until 1/07/2025

  • Deadline for accepting entries in the AMBERIF AUTUMN 2025 according to the promotional price to the exhibition space as part of Early Birds

31.07.2025

  • Deadline for accepting entries in the AMBERIF AUTUMN 2025 according to the standard price to the exhibition space

08.08.2025

  • Deadline for submitting the stand design to MTG,  
  • Deadline for accepting orders for additional stand equipment, 
  • The date of sending graphic materials to stands, i.e. the logo on the frieze, large -format print on the building walls, 
  • The deadline for sending graphic materials to the market guide, i.e. the logo on the hall of the hall, full -page advertising.

15.08.2025

  • The deadline for accepting orders under a special offer of additional security protection, i.e. rental of safes, stand monitoring, secure stand for night with panels made of grille, individual stand protection.  
  • The date of ordering advertising services as part of the "2+1" special offer, regarding premium advertising and Digital advertising, 
  • The date of ordering the service under the VIP Room offer.

  • The deadline for introducing changes to the accepted plan plan A , from 21.08.202 5 fee for changes outside the regular date

  • Regulatory date. Installation at the stands of their own exhibitors, regarding only stands with ordered undeveloped surface

  • The final payment date of 100% gross value of ordered services regarding participation in the AMBERIF AUTUMN 2025 fair 
  • Exhibitors' entry day - exhibition assembly and arrangement of the stand between 8.00-21.00 
  • Fee for construction changes in the stand outside the regular date.

Organizational information for exhibitors - AMBERIF AUTUMN 2025

The AMBERIF Autumn 2025 fair will take place on 04-06.09.2025 at the AMBEREXPO Exhibition and Congress Center in Gdańsk at ul. Żaglowa 11.

▪ 03/09/2025, at 08: 00–21: 00 [Exhibitors' day/ exhibition assembly]
▪ 04/04/2025, at 08: 00–19: 00
▪ 05/09/2025, at 09: 00–19: 00
▪ 06/06/2025, at 09: 00–16: 00 [disassembly of the exhibition and stands until 22:00]

▪ Printed and verified by the staff of the exhibitor ID,
▪ receiving a hologram,
▪ Confirmation of identity.

We remind you that in accordance with the regulations [parish 2.1. Conditions for providing the
exhibition surface] The condition for providing the space for exhibitors is the payment of 100%
of the receivable resulting from the MTG application of the exhibitor.

The exhibitors themselves print the identifiers from the system, before arriving at the fair
[IDs are available in the system for printing after paying the entire order].

The market reception does not issue identifiers for exhibitors.
All identifiers must be verified and bearing a hologram -
a hologram for pickup at the reception of the fair on assembly day [03/09/2025].

All exhibitors are served at the Fair Reception.

Parking - exhibitors are printed by parking tickets from the system in the amount indicated
in the order before arriving at the fair. The reception does not issue parking cards.

During trade fair days in the period 04-06.09.2025 Parking will be possible only on the basis of parking cards with a hologram!

In accordance with the conditions for sharing the area [parish 3.5] All changes to the stand structure made on the assembly day will be additionally paid.

For all orders, additional exhibitors pay only by card!

External companies building stands on 01-03.09.2025 after unloading
[max. The unloading time behind the market halls is 1 hour] can use a paid parking lot,
after paying the appropriate fee in the parking meter - parking vehicles at
general principles according to the rates of the parking lot operator.

on 06.09.2025 Access to freight gates for companies dismantling stands
and vans is possible from 16.00.

Industry and buyers print identifiers themselves before arriving at the fair.
