Who are AMBERIF Exhibitors?

AMBERIF exhibitors are primarily producers and distributors of jewelry, precious stones, jewelry semi-finished products, tools and machines, as well as service providers related to the jewelry industry.

Who visits AMBERIF?

The spring edition of the Fair is addressed to industry visitors (B2B) - entry upon presentation of proof of affiliation to the industry (business card)

    stand security, i.e. safe rental, stand monitoring, night protection of the stand with
    grid panels, individual stand protection,
  • Deadline for ordering advertising services as part of the "2+1" special offer regarding
    premium advertising and digital advertising,
  • Deadline for ordering the service as part of the VIP room offer

  • Deadline for introducing changes to the approved stand plan, from February 27, 2025, fee for
    changes outside the statutory deadline

  • The statutory deadline for the assembly of exhibitors' own stands applies only to stands with
    ordered undeveloped space

  • Deadline for payment of 100% of the gross value of the ordered services regarding participation in
    the Amberif Spring 2025 fair,
  • Deadline for payment of a refundable deposit of PLN 500.00 for stands with ordered
    undeveloped space,
  • The day of entry of exhibitors - exhibition assembly and stand arrangement at 8.00-21.00,
  • Fee for structural changes to the stand outside the statutory deadline

Organizational information for exhibitors - AMBERIF Spring 2025

The AMBERIF SPRING 2025 fair will be held on March 12-14, 2025 at the AMBEREXPO Exhibition and Congress Center in Gdańsk at ul. Żaglowa 11.

▪ March 12, 2025 at 08:00–19:00
▪ March 13, 2025 at 09:00–19:00
▪ 14/03/2025 at 09:00–18:00 [exhibition dismantling until 22:00]

▪ issuer ID printed and verified by the staff,
▪ receiving a hologram,
▪ identity confirmation.

We would like to remind you that in accordance with the regulations [par. 2.1. Conditions for Providing Exhibition Space] the condition for making the space available to exhibitors is the payment of 100% of the amount due resulting from the Exhibitor's Application submitted and confirmed by MTG.

Exhibitors print ID badges themselves from the system before arriving at the Fair [the ID badges are available for printing in the system after paying for the entire order]. The Fair Reception does not issue ID cards for exhibitors. All ID badges must be verified and provided with a hologram - the hologram must be collected at the Fair Reception on the assembly day [11/03/2025].

All exhibitors are served at the Fair Reception.

Parking - exhibitors print parking tickets themselves from the system in the number indicated in the order before arriving at the Fair. The reception does not issue parking cards. Parking cards must be verified and provided with a hologram - the hologram must be collected at the Fair Reception on the assembly day [11/03/2025].

During the fair days in the period March 12-14, 2025, parking will only be possible on the basis of hologram parking cards!

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Providing Space [par.

3.5] all changes to the stand structure made on the assembly day will be subject to an additional fee. Exhibitors pay for all additional orders BY CARD ONLY!

External companies building stands must have self-printed, personal INSTALATION SERVICE badges for each employee present in the halls.

Attention! It will be possible to start assembly works after paying a deposit of PLN 500.00 [par. 4.3 of the Terms and Conditions for Providing Exhibition Space]. Information regarding the deposit payment [amount, account number] can be found in the Exhibitor's profile. A direct payment link will be sent to you by e-mail. External companies building stands on March 8-11, 2025 after unloading [max. unloading time behind the market halls is 1.5 hours] can use paid parking, after paying the appropriate fee at the parking meter - parking of vehicles on general terms according to the parking operator's rates.

On March 14, 2025, access to freight gates for companies dismantling stands and delivery vehicles is possible from 6 p.m.
