  • Deadline for submitting applications for participation in the Amberif Spring 2026 fair at the promotional price for the exhibition space within the Early Birds program

  • Deadline for accepting applications for participation in the Amberif Spring 2026 fair at the standard price for the exhibition space

26.02.2026

  • Deadline for submitting the stand design to MTG,

  • Deadline for accepting orders for additional stand equipment,

  • Deadline for submitting graphic materials for stands, i.e. logo on the frieze, large-format print for the walls of the stand,

  • Deadline for submitting graphic materials for the trade fair brochure, i.e. logo on the hall plan, full-page advertisement.

03.03.2026

  • Deadline for accepting orders for a special offer of additional stand security, i.e. safe rental, stand monitoring, stand security with mesh panels at night, individual stand security.

  • Deadline for ordering advertising services

  • Deadline for ordering the service as part of the meeting room offer.

12.03.2026

  • Deadline for making changes to the approved stand plan, from 13/03/2026 a fee for changes outside the statutory deadline

  • The statutory deadline for the assembly of exhibitors' own stands, applicable only to stands with ordered undeveloped space

  • The final payment deadline for 100% of the gross value of the ordered services regarding participation in the Amberif Spring 2026 trade fair

  • Exhibitor entry day – exhibition assembly and stand arrangement from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m

  •  Fee for structural changes to the stand outside the statutory deadline.

Organizational information for exhibitors - AMBERIF Spring 2026

The AMBERIF Spring 2026 trade fair will take place from 26 to 28 March 2026 at the AMBEREXPO Exhibition and Congress Centre in Gdańsk at 11 Żaglowa Street.

▪ 25/03/2026, 08:00–21:00 [exhibitors' entry day / exhibition assembly]
▪ 26/03/2026, 08:00–19:00
▪ 27/03/2026, 09:00–19:00
▪ 28/03/2026, 09:00–16:00 [dismantling of exhibition and stands until 22:00]

▪ exhibitor ID printed and verified by staff,
▪ receipt of a hologram,
▪ identity confirmation.

We would like to remind you that, in accordance with the regulations [paragraph 2.1. of the Conditions for Providing Exhibition Space], the condition for making the space available to exhibitors is payment of 100% of the fee resulting from the Exhibitor Application submitted and confirmed by MTG.

Exhibitors must print their own ID badges from the system before arriving at the Fair [ID badges are available for printing after payment has been made in full].

The Fair Reception Desk does not issue ID badges to exhibitors. All ID badges must be verified and have a hologram attached – the hologram is available for collection at the Fair Reception Desk on the set-up day [March 25, 2026].

All exhibitors are served at the Fair Reception Desk.

Parking - Exhibitors must print their own parking passes from the system, in the number indicated in their order, before arriving at the Fair.
Parking passes are not issued by the reception desk. Parking passes must be verified and have a hologram attached – the hologram can be collected
from the Fair Reception Desk on the setup day [March 25, 2026].

During the fair days (March 26-28, 2026), parking will only be possible with parking passes with a hologram!

In accordance with the Space Provision Terms and Conditions [paragraph 3.5], any changes to the stand structure made on the assembly day
will incur an additional fee.

Exhibitors must pay for any additional orders by CARD ONLY!

External companies building stands must have their own printed, personal INSTALATION SERVICE IDs for each employee staying in the halls.

External companies building stands on 22-24/03/2026, after unloading [max. unloading time behind the exhibition halls is 1 hour] may use the paid parking lot, after paying the appropriate fee in the parking meter - vehicles may park on general terms according to the parking operator's rates.

On 28/03/2026, access to the goods gates for companies dismantling stands and delivery vehicles is possible from 16:00 at the earliest.

Trade Visitors and Buyers print their own ID badges before arriving at the Fair. Entry requirements:

▪ ID badge printed and verified by staff,
▪ receipt of a hologram,
▪ identity confirmation.

The fair does not insure exhibitor property at the stand.

Fair participants should obtain their own liability insurance and insure their property located on the fairgrounds (exhibits, equipment and devices at the stand, stand construction and furnishing elements, private property, company vehicles, etc.), both for the duration of the fair and for the stand assembly and dismantling period.

The fair offers a wide range of security solutions, including:

  • 24-hour security of the fairgrounds
  • patrols with weapons
  • closed display cases,
  • closed back rooms,
  • possibility of renting a safe (for the exhibitor's stand),
  • securing the stand with mesh panels,
  • the possibility of purchasing individual stand monitoring,
  • the possibility of taking advantage of an individual protection offer.
