How can you present your company and its products as part of the project?
Possibility to present companies and products on an online portal dedicated to amber. We plan to present 200 products and dozens of companies. We hope yours too.
A chance to participate in a marketing campaign promoting amber. Our campaign concept involves product presentation, cooperation with publishers and influencers, as well as digital advertising. We want to present the most interesting amber projects.
A chance to present your products during a modern amber exhibition, with which we want to reach over 20,000 people. The opening of the exhibition is scheduled for July 2024.
Prepare a package of graphics containing the company logo and product photos and send them via WeTransfer to the following address:

Remember to include the company name in the title.
What else do you need to know?
Preparing a marketing campaign and an exhibition is a very time-consuming and demanding process, so the products that we will be able to use in it must meet additional criteria , such as:
Possibility of delivering the product in physical form until May 31, 2024 to AMBEREXPO. As befits stars, they will take part in many photo sessions and video recordings.
Possibility of making the product available for exhibition for a period of 3 years or transferring it at the cost of production. Our exhibition will be a mobile exhibition and will visit many interesting places in the coming years.
Compliance with the adopted strategy of the Gdańsk World Amber Capital project, promoting amber jewelry reflecting contemporary design trends, with an emphasis on aesthetics and innovation.
In the case of objects acquired for the exhibition, an additional criterion is compliance with the assumptions of the curatorial program, aimed at creating a coherent and attractive narrative.
