How can you present your company and its products as part of the project?
The opportunity to showcase companies and products on an online portal dedicated to amber. We plan to showcase 200 products and dozens of companies. We hope to feature yours as well.
A chance to participate in a marketing campaign promoting amber. Our campaign concept includes product presentations, collaboration with publishers and influencers, and digital advertising. We aim to showcase the most interesting amber projects.
A chance to showcase your products at a modern amber exhibition, which we aim to reach over 20,000 people. The exhibition opening is scheduled for July 2024.
Prepare a package of graphics containing your company logo and product photos and send them via WeTransfer to:

What else do you need to know?
Preparing a marketing campaign and exhibition is a very time-consuming and demanding process, so the products we can use in it must meet additional criteria , such as:
The physical product can be delivered to AMBEREXPO by May 31, 2024. As befits celebrities, they will participate in numerous photo shoots and video recordings.
The product can be made available for exhibition for three years or donated at cost. Our exhibition will be mobile and will visit many interesting locations in the coming years.
Compliance with the adopted strategy of the Gdańsk World Capital of Amber project, promoting amber jewellery reflecting contemporary trends in design, with an emphasis on aesthetics and innovation.
In the case of objects acquired for exhibition, an additional criterion is compliance with the assumptions of the curatorial programme, aimed at creating a coherent and attractive narrative.

The codes provide your invitees with free entry to AMBERIF Spring and lunch, and give you the chance to receive attractive discounts on exhibition space during AMBERIF Spring 2027.
The more codes you share and the more often they are used, the higher your position in the exhibitor ranking, which means a higher discount level:
1st place – 50% discount 2nd place – 35% discount 3rd place – 25% discount 4th–10th place – 20% discount
The minimum requirement is to use at least 25 codes to be considered for classification. Codes are unlimited and available in the Electronic Exhibitor System. We all have a real impact on trade show attendance—we encourage you to actively distribute codes. We will announce the competition results after the trade show concludes.
